Church Fair & Ceilidh
THIS YEAR’S FAIR WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY 4 NOVEMBER 2024…….. more information to follow, but please put the date in your diary
Well- it was the “go-to” event of 2023.
It had everything and everybody!
There was: hand-made craft items,
plants and garden accessories,
interesting items worthy of the
Antique Road Show, Christmas gifts and decorations, toys, CD’s and
DVD’s, jams, marmalades and conserves, Scottish treasures, home baking
to die for. You could have coffee, Irish coffee, champagne and smoked
salmon, African dishes, traditional Scottish fair including our old friend
haggis.
AND you could reel and set the night away with the Leman Ceilidh band
while snacking on some delicious finger food or soup- featuring Cullen
Skink- tastes better than it sounds!
BUT the most precious items there were: commitment, dedication,
fellowship and friendship, hard work, achievement, fun, laughter, great
conversations and ….
AND AMAZINGLY: we made upwards of a fabulous, fifteen thousand
francs
